Spoilers: Max humiliates himself in Ruby and Vinny showdown in EastEnders

by

Max Branning (Jake Wood) has been determined to prove himself to Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) in EastEnders — something which he continues to do in the coming episodes — as he takes a stand against Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) in his girlfriend’s club.

There has been conflict aplenty between Ruby and Max as of late, following Jack (Scott Maslen) having revealed that Ruby is purchasing No. 43 Albert Square.

The reason as to why Max wasn’t pleased of course lies in the fact that Ruby never revealed this information to him herself.

His frustrations grew further when he learned that Martin (James Bye) had accepted a job as head of security at E20, as he feared that passion could ensue once more between his nemesis and Ruby.

He attempted to prove himself during the latest episode, as he pulled Vinny and Dotty (Milly Zero) up on dealing laughing gas.

In the coming episodes, Jack proceeds to offer Max some advice in regards his relationship, but Max is once again antagonised when he later spots Ruby and Martin flirting with one another.

Wanting to prove himself once more, he pulls Vinny up on dealing the laughing gas again, but what will transpire?

Will Ruby be impressed?

Or will his actions backfire?
