Wanted Kitchener man arrested in Atwood
He was wanted for failing to comply with his release order

The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have located and arrested a wanted person in the Municipality of North Perth this week.
Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on May 25 2020, a Perth County officer patrolling North Perth observed a person walking on Arthur Street in Atwood. The person was known to the officer, and knew that there was a warrant for their arrest from another jurisdiction. During the investigation, it was determined that the accused was also breaching conditions.
As a result, Joseph BENTLEY, 26, of Kitchener, has been charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Release Order
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
