Simon Cowell shocked by body-contorting dance on America's Got Talent

by

America’s Got Talent viewers will see Simon Cowell and his fellow judges’ jaws drop to the floor thanks to one dance act.

In a preview of Tuesday’s episode, dancer Frenchie Babyy puts on a truly unique performance that has the judges and audience members squirming in their seats.

Ahead of the performance, he recalls getting into dance as a child when he watched a neighbourhood dance battle.

He explains: ‘I became a dancing machine. I was just dancing everywhere.’

However, his strict, religious parents did not share the same joy about his love for dance.

When he announced he would try and become a professional dancer, he ended up having a huge fight with his father and left his home permanently.

Frenchie admitted: ‘He closed the door and locked it. That was actually the last time I really, like, seen my dad.’

In the clip, we see Frenchie take to the stage with body paint on before he delivers an unexpected contortionist style performance.

The judges managed to both cheer and cringe as they watch on but we’ll find out what they decide on the show next week.

Terry Crews tweeted, ‘HOW DID HE DO THAT?!? Breakdancing takes on a whole new meaning,’ while Howie Mandel added: ‘My jaw was on the floor.’

America’s Got Talent continues on Tuesdays at 8pm (ET) on NBC.
