Three hurt in Glenrothes ‘disturbance’ involving several people
Two men and a women were hurt in an incident in Glenrothes.
by Cheryl PeeblesPolice were called to what was described as a disturbance in Ryan Road around 4pm on Friday.
A number of people were involved in the drama, which resulted in the residential street being taped off.
Police confirmed three people had been injured and have launched an investigation.
Just after 8.30pm on Friday, a spokeswoman said: “Officers are currently in attendance following a report of a disturbance on Ryan Road, Glenrothes, which was received at around 4pm on Friday, 29 May, involving a number of individuals.
“Two men and a woman are currently being treated for injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident.”
Neighbours told of a large police presence in the area for several hours.
