
Man assaulted in Scone house
A man has been arrested after another man was hurt in a house in Scone.
by Cheryl PeeblesPolice were called to the property in Myrtle Road just before 6pm on Friday, and found a 33-year-old man had been assaulted.
A police spokeswoman said: “We received a report of an assault within a house on Myrtle Road, Scone, around 5.55pm on Friday, May 29.
“A 33-year-old man was assaulted and his injuries aren’t believed to be serious.
“A 42-year-old man has been arrested. Enquiries are ongoing.”
