A display at a West Bromwich primary school - created by children of key workers - has been trashed by cruel vandals.

Banners and bunting made by children who are still attending Hall Green Primary School, were ripped down from the railings outside last night (May 28).

Sandwell Council has said it is shocked and saddened to hear about the heartless act.

The school said it was now doing all it can to save the artwork and put it back on display in the school grounds.
