Samsung launches its Galaxy M31 8GB RAM variant in India
by Peter MinjSamsung has now introduced its Galaxy M31 8GB RAM variant in India. Its Galaxy M31 smartphone was originally released in February in India. At the time the only available variants were the 6GB RAM with two storage options – 64GB and 128GB.
Lets take a look at the specifications:
Display,Processor, and Memory
The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a 6.4 inch Full HD screen and comes with AMOLED Infinity U display. Samsung packs it with Android 10 which works in tandem with One UI 2.0 which acts as the user interface.
The phone runs on the Exynos 9611 SoC. The 8GB RAM is coupled with a 128GB internal storage. Samsung provides a microSD card option that expands the storage.
Camera
Galaxy M31 comes with a quad-camera layout. It contains a 64MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. A 5MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro lens complete the setup. The front camera is a 32MP lens that can be used for selfies and making videos.
Battery
Samsung powers its Galaxy M31 with a powerful 6,000mAh battery. It also provides it with an 18W fast charging support.
Miscellaneous
The phone features a standard fingerprint sensor and the face unlock option. It comes with a USB Type-C port and has the standard connectivity options.
Availability & Price
The Samsung Galaxy M31 8GB+128 GB variant is priced at Rs 19,999. This makes it more expensive than the 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB variants. They are currently priced at Rs 16,999 and Rs 17,999 respectively. Samsung hasn't released the sale start date yet.
