Rescue operations carried out in Dhofar

Muscat: The Public Authority of Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) in Dhofar governorate has carried out many rescue and detention operations.

A statement issued online by Public Authority of Civil Defense and Ambulance said, "Rescue teams in Dhofar Governorate have helped two people who were stranded in the wadi."

PACDA pointed out that, "Also the rescue teams have rescued a family after they were stuck in their vehicle in Wadi Sahalnoot in the wilayat of Salalah," the statement added.

"The authority calls on everyone to follow safety guidelines and not to risk crossing valleys and waterfalls that resulting from rain," the statement added.
