Put down the notebook for one night because the original pop boyband superstars are reuniting for a one-off virtual concert: Take That and Robbie Williams will come together for the first Meerkat Music concert tonight, Friday 29 May.

What time will the concert be on and how can you watch it? Read on for the details…

How can you watch the Take That concert?

Robbie Williams, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald will be back – not for good – but for a one-off concert streaming tonight from 8pm.

It’ll be Robbie’s first time back with the boys since he last joined for a handful of shows in 2010.

Since then, founding member Jason Orange left in 2014, after deciding to take a break from touring and recording. The band has continued on as a trio since then, most recently releasing the album Odyssey in 2018.

The stream is free for everyone with access to YouTube or Facebook.

The band is supporting a music therapy charity called Nordoff Robbins and Crew Nation, which supports concert crew workers with a relief fund with the concert.

‘This is a world first for us,’ the band said in a statement. ‘Reuniting with our old friend online for a one-off performance!

‘It’s always great getting back together with Robbie and we are really excited to be part of this unique show that everyone can enjoy from home. We are also delighted to be supporting Nordoff Robbins and Crew Nation around this show, two charities very close to our hearts’.

Williams said of reuniting with his old bandmates: ‘It’s always a pleasure.

‘If we can’t go to the stadium… we’ll bring the stadium to us.’
