Cult drink White Claw finally launches in the UK and here's where you can buy it

With the warmer weather sticking around for longer than five minutes, we can officially declare it ‘can weather’ - nothing beats relaxing with friends in a park, having a picnic or reaching in the fridge for a pre-made alcoholic beverage of your choice.

Hard Seltzers seem to be having a moment and fans of the US cult drink White Claw can finally breathe as it’s launching on UK soil and in a Sainsbury’s near you.

With over 160,000 tag uses on Instagram alone, it was dubbed as the 'drink of summer' last year when it exploded onto the US celebrity scene.

The refreshing tipple of choice is landing on the shelves of 245 Sainsbury’s stores and available online from the 1st June. Priced at £2.50 a can, there are only 95 calories per serving and an ABV of 4.5%, it’s ideal for those of us looking for a low-calorie and low-alcohol beverage.

Available to purchase in Raspberry, Black Cherry and Lime flavours, White Claw Hard Seltzer is ideal for those seeking a new way to enjoy alcohol this summer.

For those who enjoy a slightly bitter taste, White Claw Hard Seltzer Raspberry has a great balance of both tart tastes to tantalise your taste buds. Alternatively, for those with a sweeter tooth, opt for White Claw Hard Seltzer Black Cherry, bursting with luscious maraschino cherry flavours.

And this isn’t the only Hard Seltzer that’s recently launched on the UK market.

Hard Seltzer Bodega Bay, is a naturally fruit flavoured alcoholic sparkling water. Bodega comes in at just 29 calories per 100ml and there are two different flavours to try - either Elderflow, Lemon and Mint or Apple, Ginger and Acai. Priced at £24 for eight mixed flavours or you can buy 12 cans for £24 of just one flavour.
