Covid-19: The race for self-sufficiency

According to recent figures released during the lockdown, six out of ten future French property buyers intend to change their geographical zone, most away from the city.

Before the crisis, 42 percent of French people said they thought "our civilisation will soon disappear", a number that has undoubtedly risen. Some families chose the self-sufficient path long before the Covid-19 crisis hit and they prove it's possible to rely less or not at all on the outside world. We went to meet one such family.
