Neymar: Ex-Barcelona President Rosell claims Brazilian star is world's 2nd best player

Former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell has stated that Brazilian star Neymar is the best footballer in the world after Lionel Messi, Mirror reports.
Neymar left the Camp Nou to join the Ligue 1 giants for a whopping €222million transfer fee in 2017 and has been heavily linked for a possible return to the Spanish club.
Rosell was at Barcelona when they bought Neymar from Santos in 2013, and claims he's better than Cristiano Ronaldo.

"If I were the president of Barca, I would try to sign Neymar," Rosell told COPE and Radio Marca.

"He is the second-best player in the world after Messi and fits perfectly into the philosophy of the club.
"But with experience, he would sign him with two contracts, one sports and the other behavioural."
However, former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has tipped 2018 FIFA World Cup youngster Kylian Mbappe as the player to overthrow Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Although some quarters believe former Barcelona winger Neymar has the quality to become the next world's best, the former Premier League winning coach has a contrary opinion.
Linked with a move to sign the forward while still at the Emirates Stadium, Wenger believes Neymar could challenge his countryman for the award.
The 70-year-old admits that Messi is a breed of player that is unique in any situation but insisted that he has reached the pinnacle of his career, hence, someone must take over.
The Frenchman scored 30 goals in 33 appearances across competitions this season and was crowned Ligue 1 highest goals scorer.
