Actress Twinkle Khanna is currently at home amid the lockdown and making the most of her free time with her husband Akshay Kumar and kids, Nitara and Aarav. The actress, who is known for outspokenness and humour, is quite active on social media and often keeps treating her fans with funny and interesting posts.

Today, she shared a picture of her meal which was made by her mother Dimple Kapadia. Her mother has made fried rice for her amid the lockdown.

She even went on to reveal that it has taken 46 years, a pandemic and the lockdown for her mother to make her a meal. Taking to her Instagram, Twinkle wrote, “It has only taken 46 years, a pandemic and an extended lockdown for my mother to make me my first meal-fried rice. Now I also know what people mean when they say ‘Maa Ke Haath Ka Khana’ #MamaMia”

Yesterday, Twinkle took a dig at her husband as he forgot to tag her in a post related to their film ‘Padman’. Taking a jibe at hubby, she retweeted his post and wrote, "Err.... You are definitely not part of my next production! #PadMan"

Replying to her tweet, Akshay apologised and mentioned, "Please mere pet pe laat mat maro. Missed tagging the team. Apologies to my producer, @mrsfunnybones, director #RBalki and the man without whom Padman wouldn’t be made @murugaofficial"
