Realme Buds Q Heading to India with a Below $26 Price Tag

After launching Realme Buds Air and Air Neo, the Chinese smartphone is now adding third TWS earbuds to its portfolio. Unlike the previous two, the Realme Buds Q will target users who are looking for an ultra-affordable option in the market. Thanks to the recent tweet by Realme India CMO Francis, we now know that the buds will indeed enter the Indian market. Furthermore, we now have a solid idea of the pricing of the accessory.

Realme Buds Q to Launch Soon in India, Price to be Under INR 2,000

As you can see, Francis went on to the first talk about the recently launched Reame Buds Air Neo. While the neo targets the below 3k segment, the all-new Realme Buds Q will cover the brand for the below 2k market. For those who’re unaware, the Buds Q comes with a price tag of RMB 129 (i.e., INR 1,375 or $18) price tag. This means that we might see the product arriving with either INR 1,499 or INR 1,999 price tag. Either way, it is going to be the cheapest offering from the brand in its TWS earbuds portfolio. For those who are not willing to spend much can now finally settle down with the upcoming offering.

Since the product has already been made official in China, we know everything about it right from color options to internals. The audio product arrives in three different choices – Black, White, and Yellow. They are equipped with 10mm drivers that tout to deliver punchy bass. For connectivity, Realme Buds Q makes use of Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Considering the 3.6 grams weight, they seem to be quite lightweight.

The TWS earbuds packs in a 40 mAh cell while its case comes with a 400 mAh battery capacity. Both of them combined can deliver a battery backup of 20 hours on a single charge. Even though the product is quite cheap, it still comes with an IPX4 rating. This means that it can withstand water and dust splashes.

We have already seen a sudden increase in demand for the TWS earbuds this year. With new companies stepping in with affordable and competitive options, TWS earbuds are no longer part of the premium segment. Just like smartphones, you now have a wide range of options to select from, depending on your budget.
