As the 15th season of America’s Got Talent kickstarted on May 26, Indian dance pair ‘Bad Salsa’ stole the show, and wowed everyone with their performance. The premiere and the early weeks of auditions were filmed before the Coronavirus pandemic brought everything to a halt, and it is now being aired on television. Indian dancing duo, Sumanth, and Sonali, who call themselves ‘Bad Salsa’ made sure the premiere was one to remember and their electrifying performance left even the judges stunned.
Sumanth and Sonali are basically from Kolkata, and are from the Bivash Academy of Dance (BAD), and they traveled all the way to America to showcase their skills on America’s Got Talent. Both of them come from a humble background and have seen their own share of struggles. A video of their performance is going viral on social media, and just like the judges, even people on the Internet can’t get over their dance moves. They added their own salsa twist to the song ‘Dhating Naach’ from the film Phata Poster Nikla Hero.

The viral video has more than 4.2 million views on Facebook and has garnered over 6k comments, praising the duo for their outstanding performance. Sonali who is now 15 years old, had earlier appeared on India’s Got Talent season 4 and won the show. She was also a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
