A parkour runner takes viewers on a thrill ride as he films himself effortlessly jumping and sliding down each level of a high-rise building .
Viewers watch Michael Franko's feet do the impossible and jump and shuffle down the 11-story building in Southlake, Texas.
Michael, 19, leaps from the roof of the terrifyingly tall building and then glides down the side of it.

He uses the walls, broken up on each floor with stairs, to move down every level.
He moves in sets of threes as he jumps down two levels one-by-one and then slides down the third.
He repeats this rhythm until he gets to the ground.
On the ground he keeps running and causally says: 'That was a little bit of an adrenaline rush.'

The parkour coach has been free-running for five years and is working towards traveling the world and meeting as many parkour professionals as he can.
After the daring decent Michael said: 'All that went through my head was making sure each step was perfect and I stayed calm knowing I had done this before.
'I'm happy I did it because it was within my physical capabilities and it was a good mental test I'm happy I did it.'
