Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is now free to claim on the Epic Games Store as predicted

In Epic Games' third epic game giveaway, the prediction of Borderlands: The Handsome Collection turned out to be true and it's currently free to claim on the said platform. Just as other previous titles, The Handsome Collection will be free to claim on a limited time until 4 June 2020.

In case you haven't heard what is The Handsome Collection, this edition consists of the successful Borderlands 2 sequel as well as Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Yup, it's a 2-in-1 package and too good of a deal to pass by. The Borderland series is also best known for playing co-op with friends online shooting and looting, so if you're still one of those people who are stuck at home during the Conditional Movement Control Order, now it's the best time to play the game for free (forever).

The recommended specs to play The Handsome Collection is not a lot, as it requires at least 2GB of RAM, but lots of storage space from 13GB - 20GB (there are 2 games after all). The minimum graphics required is at least NVIDIA GeForce 8500 / ATI Radeon HD 2600, but of course, it's best played with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 / ATI Radeon HD 5850 (recommended).

Should the leak list be true, the next free game giveaway on the Epic Games Store is Ark Survival Evolved on 4 June 2020. Previously, GTA V, Civilization IV, and now Borderlands: The Handsome Collection were all predicted accurately so we won't be surprised. So far, The Witcher 3 has yet to turn up so that remains to be seen.
