No. 2 HVI caught with shabu in Tondo

THE Manila Police District-Station 1 arrested a male suspect tagged as the ‘Number 2 High Value Individual (HVI)’  and said to be a drug pusher, in Tondo, Manila.

Enrico Bucad, 23, of Building 8, Permanent Housing in Barangay 128, Zone 10,  Tondo, was found in possession of eight plastic sachets containing dried marijuana leaves with a street value of  P2,600.

Prober Police Corporal James Van Pebenito said Bucad was nabbed in front of Building 16 at the Permanent Housing in Tondo at around 9 p.m of May 28 during an anti-illegal drugs campaign being conducted by the said police station in the area.

Police said that Bucad is in the Top 10 HVI list of Station 1 owing to his illegal drug activities.

He had been charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002  before the Manila Prosecutor’s Office.
