ARLINGTON — A Marysville man died Thursday after being hospitalized for more than three weeks with a gunshot wound, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.

On May 4, Arlington police were responding to a burglary in the 4500 block of 195th Street Northeast when they found Joshua M. Klick, 31, shot in the torso.

Klick was the ex-boyfriend of a woman who lived at the home. She and her boyfriend were cooperating with the investigators that night. A gun was recovered at the scene.

No arrests were made at the time. A spokesperson for Arlington police couldn’t immediately be reached Friday to provide an update on the investigation.

Klick was being treated at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. He died from his gunshot wound, the medical examiner’s office determined. The manner of death was homicide.
