‘Dad trained mom well’ Riddhima Kapoor Sahni says as Neetu Kapoor beats her in two scrabble games
by TIMESOFINDIA.COMRiddhima Kapoor Sahni is making the most of her time bonding with mom Neetu Kapoor in their Mumbai residence. The ace designer, who has been in the city for the past month after dad Rishi Kapoor’s passing, has been taking to social media to reminisce the good old days besides filling fans in on her yoga routines.
Turns out the mother-daughter duo have also been bonding over games of scrabble, which happened to be Rishi Kapoor’s favourite. In a previous post, Riddhima shared that her dad loved the wordplay game so much that he bought a special board from New York City. Going by her post it seems that all those matches against Rishi have now given Neetu the upper hand as she beat her baby girl in two straight games.
Sharing a photo of the board game, she captioned it saying, "Dad trained mom well. She beat me twice already!"
This Saturday will mark one month since Rishi’s passing. After a two-year-long battle with cancer, the actor breathed his last at a city hospital in Mumbai. He was cremated the same evening in the presence of his closest family members.
