Khloe Kardashian hits out at allegations she flouted social distancing rules
by Buzz ContributorKhloe Kardashian has slammed accusations she flouted the social distancing rules after the Kardashian/Jenner clan recently reunited.
The famous family came together for a family bash earlier this week, and quickly documented their reunion on social media, posting videos of their young brood mixing with each other.
All of the siblings' have been isolating separately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and while some of the lockdown sanctions have been relaxed slightly in California, social distancing rules are still in place.
In the clip, two-year-old daughter True Thompson met up with her cousins Stormi Webster, two, Psalm West, one and six-year-old North West.
All of the youngsters were seen jumping on a bouncing castle as they met up following seven weeks of lockdown.
But her video divided fans, with many loving the reunion, while others pointed out that the families should still be keeping their distance.
Khloe faced further backlash from social media users as some acknowledge that she was insisting people should be socially distancing at the height of the outbreak.
Following the reaction, Khloe was adamant that her family was doing nothing wrong under the guidelines of the California state.
She laid out her reasons behind their meet-up, stating all of the families have been in isolation.
"They are all cousins. So we know how they have been quarantined and there's less than 10 people with us," she replied.
"It’s literally what the governor states is perfectly OK to do in the state of CA," she added.
However, her comments were soon overlooked with many not happy with her response.
Clapping back, Khloe fumed: "Not even trying to be rude. Drives me wild when people act as if they know.
"Of course we want to protect ourselves. Simply for the sake of our angels, not to mention our own health. But it’s human nature I guess.”
