Flashback Friday: When Ranbir Kapoor opened up about settling down in life and having a family post break-up with Katrina Kaif

Ranbir Kapoor’s relationship with his former girlfriend Katrina Kaif was the talk of the town for a long time in Bollywood. After they parted ways on a bitter note, Ranbir Kapoor, in an interview with a news portal, had opened up about being single and wanting to “settle”. In the throwback interview, Ranbir reportedly said that he is a romantic, who isn't just ready he's waiting to settle, not down necessarily but into something. According to him, being single is boring, frustrating, and extremely lonely and happiness is only there when it's shared. He added that when you have somebody, it kind of just grounds you, brings a sense of balance to things. So he felt that being single is no fun.

Elaborating more on settling down and having a family, he stated that he could have a family at the age of 40, 45, 50 as he does not think his time is running out.

Ranbir Kapoor is currently in a relationship with Alia Bhatt. The two have been growing strong with each passing day. The ‘Raazi’ actress, who has been part of many of his family occasions, has successfully gained approval from Ranbir’s family.

The actors will also be seen sharing the screen space for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’. The movie will also feature Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia, and Mouni Roy in key roles. The fantasy drama will also star Shah Rukh Khan in a special cameo role. It is slated to hit the theatres on December 4, 20120.
