Leeds handed transfer boost in chase for ex-Rams star

Leeds United can sign former Derby County loanee Harry Wilson for a knockdown fee this summer, Football Insider is reporting.

Liverpool could listen to permanent offers for the Welsh international, who is on loan at Bournemouth.

Leeds were linked with the 23-year-old in the last two summer transfer windows, but they were beaten by Derby and Bournemouth.

He was valued at around £25m last summer, it was reported at the time, but the transfer market could look very different due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Derby youngster Jahmal Hector-Ingram is training with the club's first-team.

In pictures uploaded by fellow youngster Louie Sibley to photo-sharing platform Instagram on Thursday, Hector-Ingram was seen running alongside him and Tom Huddlestone as the players got back to work.

Hector-Ingram will no longer be required by Darren Wassall's Under-23s this season because the coronavirus pandemic forced their season to be cancelled at the beginning of the month.

The former West Ham United man has been on the verge of a call-up to Cocu's senior setup for a while now and looks to have been handed his chance ahead of the return of action in June.
