Nawazuddin Siddiqui's estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui warns of ‘fabricated notice’ being circulated, calls it a PR exercise

When things went sour between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui, the latter decided to made her Twitter debut to “stand up & speak for myself.”

Amidst an ongoing divorce battle, Aaliya took to her handle to alert everyone about an alleged ‘fabricated notice’ doing the rounds and claimed that it was nothing but a mere “PR exercise to save someone from disgrace.”

Late Thursday evening, she shared that her advocates have been receiving calls from media outlets, claiming to have copies of her notice to her estranged husband. She also urged the media to “refrain from using any part or portion of such fabricated notice OR even relying on the same to carry any story concerning me.”

Going by her tweets, she assured that “A lot will unfold now.”

In her first tweet, Aaliya said, "Everyone please note that unless I have personally admitted or denied any claim or allegation on my twitter handle, the said allegations/claims made by any section of media is not maintainable."

In an exclusive chat with ETimes, Aaliya’s lawyer Abhay Sahai had confirmed that they had sent the notice to Nawazuddin Siddiqui on May 7 via email and WhatsApp and that the actor had 15 days to respond.
