Britney Spears Finally Releases ‘Mood Ring’ Worldwide!
by Ashley MitchellFans of Britney Spears have been waiting to hear new music from her for a long time and it looks like it’s finally happening! Well, sort of!
The star took to social media to announce that Mood Ring will be released worldwide tonight!
As you may know, the said track was originally only a bonus featured on her Glory album and only dropped in Japan at the time in 2016!
This means that fans from anywhere else in the world have not been able to stream the song or download it – at least not legally!
Fans also think that is not the only surprise she has for everyone, especially since Britney also changed her cover art for Glory as a way to celebrate the fact that it’s back on the iTunes charts and climbing up!
‘You asked for a new Glory cover and since it went to number one we had to make it happen! Couldn’t have done it without you all!’ she posted earlier this month.
Not too long ago, Jamie Lynn Spears mentioned that her sister is not going to start making new music in the near future even though it’s been four years already since Britney dropped anything new.
While chatting with The Hollywood Reporter, she explained that ‘…she’s kind of just relaxing. And I think that’s good. Britney deserves that. She’s worked her ass off. So if she wants to make another album, great. But if she doesn’t feel like it, she doesn’t have to. She’s given the world a lot. I don’t think there are plans for anything—at the moment.’
In the meantime, Britney has been focusing on raising her sons as well as spending quality time with her boyfriend Sam Asghari!
The two have a great relationship and things have been going perfectly for them even amid the quarantine!
