Inside Pharrell Williams’ $12M Hollywood Hills mansion with infinity pool and outdoor cinema

The hip-hop star placed the Hollywood Hills home on the market in recent days for a cool $11.95 million.
Designed by architect Hagy Belzberg, the five-bedroom has been the recipient of numerous architecture awards.
Built-in 2007, it features floor-to-ceiling windows and a stylish infinity pool that gives the owners a very cool view over Laurel Canyon and into downtown LA.
An open floor plan, the listing reveals that each bedroom has a view of the city, while the grounds also have a two-story guest house with bedroom and kitchen.
And just to make things even cooler, the front garden features a movie projector screen.
The 47-year-old singer and producer put his Beverly Hills mansion up for sale, two years after he moved in, in March 2020.
The 17,000 square-foot glass house features 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and went on the market for $16.95 million, less than $1.5 million more than he paid for it in 2018.
The estate sits on four acres behind a gate with a 200-foot-long driveway with a motor court that, according to the listing, can allow for over 30 vehicles.
The grounds of the property feature various koi ponds, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop.
Several water features run throughout the grounds, with two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a bridge that runs across the pool.
One of the pools also featured a waterfall, while there is also an outdoor kitchen for grilling and parties with family and friends.
The home, custom-built back in 1992, sits on the famous Mulholland Drive.
It was previously owned by Tyler Perry.
Video shared by the real estate agents in 2018 showed that the home has a modern architectural feel, with large glass windows and overlapping marble staircases.
The new listing images reveal that Pharrell and his partner Helen Lasichanh had brightened up the kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
