Porbandar has a new Junior Crorepati

CIRCA 2001, the Amitabh Bachchan fronted mega quiz show kickstarted its junior version (the senior version started a year earlier). An unassuming 14-year-old native of Alwar, Rajasthan, waltzed through 15 questions to take home the super prize home. Almost two decades later, the now-33-year-old Ravi Mohan Saini, who was Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone 1 in Rajkot, is taking over as the Superintendent of Police, Porbandar. After his appointment, the young police officer revealed his father, a retired navy officer, as his inspiration, and how implementing the lockdown in the first district under his command is top priority.
