Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) next ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV) event is set to go down on June 6, 2020, as UFC 250 will take place inside the promotion’s Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Headlining the the card will be a women’s featherweight title fight as division queen, Amanda Nunes, will defend her title against Felicia Spencer. It will be the first time Nunes — who also holds the women’s bantamweight strap — defends the title since winning it by knocking out Cris Cyborg at UFC 232 (see it again here).

Spencer, meanwhile, gets her first crack at UFC gold after making her Octagon debut a year ago. In that span, Spencer has gone 2-1 inside for UFC, with her lone loss coming to the aforementioned Cris Cyborg. In her last outing, “Feenom” knocked out Zarah Fairn Dos Santos in the very first round.

Before making her way to UFC, Spencer started her pro career under the Invicta FC banner, winning all six of her fights including claiming the promotion’s 145-pound title in her final fight. Now, the Canadian-born combatant will look for the biggest win of her career by attempting to upset the greatest female MMA fighter of all time.

UFC 250 will also feature a pair of thrilling bantamweight bouts, as Aljamain Sterling faces Cory Sandhagen, while Cody Garbrandt takes on Raphael Assuncao.
