Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Pop 'Triplet' Pilar Cysts from Her Patient's Scalp

In her latest Instagram post, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee is tasked with removing a pilar cyst from her patient's scalp. The video is actually part of a larger YouTube segment she uploaded all the way back in 2015 before she was globally known as the world's most efficient popper. But that doesn't mean the YouTube video falls short.
The footage begins with Dr. Lee having already sliced into her patient's scalp in order to pop out the cyst inside. The little ball of keratin is small, but the dermatologist is able to free it using a pair of oversized tweezers. However, she soon discovers that it's not alone.
Dr. Lee spots two more pilar cysts growing inside her patient, and she has to remove those as well. The dermatologist even jokes with the woman saying that it's as if she's a mother who's delivering a baby only to discover there's another one inside. So what started out as a single pilar cyst removal, turns into a set of "triplets."
