Apple reopens all of its stores in Arizona
by Josh FrigerioPHOENIX — Apple confirmed Tuesday that it would reopen all six of its retail stores in Arizona this week for in-store service, technology support, and curbside pickup. Apple's stores have been closed since March due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"This week we’ll return to serving customers in many US locations. For customer safety and convenience, most stores will offer curbside or storefront service only, where we provide online order pick-up and Genius Bar appointments," the company said in a statement.
Aside from one store near Tucson, most of the company's retail stores are located in the Phoenix metro. All appeared to be open as of Wednesday, according to Apple's website.

In an letter posted online last week, Apple said it would require all customers and employees to wear masks when its stores reopen, as well as undergo temperature checks. They would also reduce the amount of people allowed in the store, encourage physical distancing, and undergo enhanced cleaning throughout the day.
According to its website, Microsoft's retail stores remain closed.
Other technology stores, such as Best Buy and Target, have remained open during the pandemic.
