21 people tested positive in Pulwama
by RK Online Desk21 persons in south Kashmir's Pulwama district having travel history from outside the Union Territory of J&K have been tested positive for COVID-19.
A total no 49 cases have tested positive of COVID-19 in the district including 37 active positive cases besides 12 recovered ones.
An official said that all 21 persons were already put in administrative quarantine only after their arrival in the district.
Authorities said that their samples for COVID-19 were collected immediately which have resulted positive on Wednesday.
It is pertinent to mention that their timely quarantining has averted the potential of furthering more contacts.
District Authorities have appealed the people to obey lockdown restrictions and cooperate with the administration in complete containment of the COVID-19.
