Nexus Gallery to re-open
BELLINGEN'S beloved Nexus Gallery at the Old Butter Factory will re-open on Sunday, June 14.
"We are basically backdating all proposed exhibitions by two months, starting with the cancelled members' April show. This show will run from June 14 to July 17 (one extra week)," gallery manager Andy Livemore said.
Delivery of works will be on Friday, June 12, between 1 and 4pm. To all members who entered the April members' exhibition, your entry forms and payments remain valid.
To any members who did not enter the April exhibition but would like to put an entry in now; email andylive@westnet.com.au by Monday, June 8, with your details. This should include; name, title of work, medium, price and dimensions.
"All you then have to do is sign the form and pay the entry fee when you deliver your work. Conditions of entry can be viewed on the entry form on the BCAC website," Andy said.
"At this point we will not be having an official opening.
"Please be assured that all social distancing and hygiene recommendations will be adhered to. We are making every effort to get things back to 'normal' in these challenging times.
"Let's get the show back on the road."
