Police want to speak to this man after a woman had her bag grabbed from her as she stood at a bus stop  in Yardley.

West Midlands Police has issued an appeal to trace the man following the incident which took place on May 5, at 1.20pm.

A woman was waiting at a bus stop at the junction of Hob Moor Road and Rosedale Road, at around 1.20pm, when a man allegedly snatched her bag.

Police have issued a picture of a man they would like to speak to over the alleged bag snatch.

People are urging people who may recognise the man to contact them or anyone who may be able to provide any information.

Birmingham Police issued a statement on it's Facebook page which said: "Do you know who this is?

"We want to speak to him after a woman had her bag grabbed from her as she stood at a bus stop at the junction of Hob Moor Road and Rosedale Road,  #Yardley#Birmingham  at about 1.20pm on Tuesday 5 May.
