Revealed: Plymouth Argyle's new home kit for the 2020/21 season

The Pilgrims' strip will be available online from Thursday

Plymouth Argyle have revealed their new home kit for the 2020/21 season.

The strip of green shirts, black shorts and white socks was shown on a video on the club’s official Twitter account on Wednesday evening.

Joe Edwards, Byron Moore and Dom Telford – all contracted to the Pilgrims for next season – modelled the Puma-manufactured kit.

The Argyle Superstore at Home Park is currently closed to customers due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the new 2020/21 home strip will be available from www.argylesuperstore.co.uk from Thursday morning.

Argyle will be hoping it proves popular with the Green Army because their income has dried up after the suspension of the 2019/20 season in March.

Sales of the strip will raise some much-needed funds for the club and give supporters something new to wear for the summer.

The launch of the kit has taken place with confirmation yet to come about the fate of the 2019/20 season and whether Argyle will be promoted to League One.

Ryan Lowe's Pilgrims were third in the table - the last of the three automatic promotion places - when football was halted due to the COVID-19 crisis.
