Ntshangase And Others From Big 3 With Zero League Minutes
by Soccer LadumaKaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates have played up to 23 Absa Premiership fixtures each so far, although there are several of their first team players who have not played a single minute in those encounters.
Chiefs have a few of their players out of favour at Naturena, most noticeably Siphelele Ntshangase, who’s future at Amakhosi is currently up in the air.

The 27-year-old has made zero appearances for the Soweto giants this season, falling low down the pecking order under Ernst Middendorp.
Ntshangase will also see his current contract with Chiefs come to an end on June 30, although no final decision has been made about his immediate future.
However, like other out-of-favour players, such as Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Philani Zulu, Ntshangase’s future at Naturena could depend on whether or not Middendorp will be at Amakhosi next season.
Indications are that should the German mentor leave the club, which is a possibility, all players surplus to requirements will be able to get a new lease of life under a new head coach.

On the other hand, with a few more games to go in the season, there is still a possibility that the likes of Ntshangase could still make an appearance in the Absa Premiership.
