BJP President and MP Manoj Tiwari have accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of cheating the people of Delhi. He said that the Chief Minister of Delhi is asking the people to get their treatment in private hospitals, while private hospitals are charging people 5 to 10 lakhs in the name of corona treatment. Addressing a wave press conference in New Delhi, Manoj Tiwari said that there is a huge shortage of beds in hospitals in Delhi, but the Chief Minister was saying that there are 30,000 beds in Delhi hospitals, whereas he (Manoj Tiwari) said that there are only 3,150 beds in hospitals.

He further said that the Delhi government is failing to deal with Corona in Delhi, people are not getting beds in hospitals. Giving the example of Delhiā€™s Guruteg Bahadur Hospital, Tiwari said that patients in front of the hospital are waiting for beds for 16-16 hours on the streets, while the Chief Minister is claiming that 2500 beds are lying vacant in government hospitals in Delhi.

Manoj Tiwari alleged that the Chief Minister of Delhi is asking people to get treatment in private hospitals, while private hospitals are charging people 5 to 10 lakhs in the name of corona treatment. He said that earlier Chief Minister Kejriwal was hiding the deaths due to corona in Delhi and is now presenting wrong figures about treatment.

Ramvir Singh Vidhuri, Leader of the Opposition in the Delhi Assembly, who was present at the press conference on this occasion, told the Delhi government that the beds of the Delhi government are reserved even in private hospitals, in such a situation, the poor people should be brought here in these hospitals get treated. At the same time, he appealed to the Chief Minister to come out of the house and know the difficulties of the people.
