Coronavirus: Two more Covid-19 deaths recorded in Northern Ireland
A further two people who tested positive for coronavirus have died, according to the Department of Health.
The death toll in Northern Ireland for people who tested positive has now risen to 516.
Both deaths that were announced today died in the 24 hours up to 10am.
The figures show that there were 1,241 tests carried out with 26 returning positive.
Eight people are in intensive care suspected to have the virus.
Yesterday, there were no reported deaths involving coronavirus for the first time since March 18.
Despite the lowere death rate, Health Minister Robin Swann warned about a second wave and "more lives lost".
Mr Swann stressed that there are "no grounds for complacency", with the north entering "a new, more complex phase".
