BREAKING: Abducted MDC ladies atteds court at Parktown Hospital

Three MDC activists who were arrested for staging an illegal demonstration in Warren Park have appeared before a magistrate at a court session that was held at Parktown Hospital on Wednesday afternoon.

The state has charged Joana Mamombe, Cecilia Chimbiri, and Netsai Marova with breaking section  37 of the Criminal Code which prohibits gathering with intent to promote public violence, breach of peace and breaching the Coronavirus regulations.
 
Police said the activists were part of an illegal protest in the capital Harare on the day they disappeared.
