The restaurant worker, who has been furloughed during the coronavirus pandemic, said she met married Drew online - and the two then hit it off.
She told how the cheat lied to his wife by saying he was going to meet pals for some beers before heading out for their rule-breaking boozy date.
Carly says she has no plans to meet Drew again - but revealed she has had four affairs with older “sugar daddies”.
And the waitress said she does not feel at all guilty about dating married men.
Speaking about her experience, Carly said: “I had tried to stick to the rules during the early days of lockdown but it has been more than two months now and you do get lonely.
"I have been furloughed from my job as a waitress at one of the restaurants in Glasgow and have been spending a lot of time flirting with guys online.
"I met Drew, a bookmaker who has also been at a loose end for the past few months before there is no sport to bet on.

"We went on a date to Kelvingrove Park, both bringing a bottle of wine each. You see lots of people out there on the warmer evenings.
"We got on well and he suggested we go back to mine at the end of the evening. I was a bit tiddly by then and it seemed like a great idea."
She added: “We knew we were breaking the rules but so many people are doing it nowadays. We are both adults and are aware of the risks.
"The sex was great and neither of us had any regrets afterwards.
"We did it twice and he stayed at mine until the early hours before going back to the family home. He told his wife that he was meeting up with a few mates for some beers."
Carly said she tends to meet her affair partners on IllicitEncounters.com.
She said: "I have had four affairs with old sugar daddies who know how to show a younger woman a good time.
"My wages are only just above the minimum wage. I do make some extra cash from tips but they have been cut recently by my boss who now takes a percentage.
"It means I am in debt most months, so dating richer guys helps me to keep my head above the water. I am treated to nice clothes and jewellery and it really helps to pay the bills."
She said: "They would all be cheating with someone else if they were not meeting me. It's not like I am breaking up anyone's marriage."
