The 27-year-old’s mentor Luc Eymael – who is the former Polokwane City, Free State Stars and Black Leopards coach, has been impressed with the star, whom Mamelodi Sundowns were chasing before he landed a deal at Pirates.

“He’s been very good. He’s doing very well. I knew him from the time he was at AS Vita club (in Democratic Republic of the Congo). I also knew him from the time he was at Pirates. So, when you have the confidence of your coach and when you are appreciated for what you are doing it’s good,” Eymael told the Siya crew.

The Tanzania Premier League is set to resume from June 01, following the government’s approval there that all sporting activities could resume.

Eymael and Morrison, as well as the rest of the Yanga team will hope to close the gap with log leaders Simba, who had already accumulated a whopping 71 points when the league was halted in mid-March, after Tanzania reported its first Coronavirus case.
