Reebok Introduces Instapump Fury-Inspired Furylite Sandal Pack
Releasing in white, black, and gray.
by Eric BrainReebok is readying for summer with a three-pack release of its all-new Furylite sandal. The seasonal footwear choice takes its DNA from the Instapump Fury sneaker, combining a minimalistic and futuristic aesthetic with retro design elements drawn from the brand’s archives.
Much like the Instapump Fury, these Furylite sandals sport a large padded nylon tongue, and are finished with a structural back made from mesh. The pair is opened-toed and exposed on the sides, so straps at the forefoot, around the ankle and at the back of the heel are put in place to keep your foot secure.
The pair sits atop a 3D Ultralite EVA foam midsole that’s paired with a high-performance synthetic outsole, which combined offers comfort, support and grip. Details such as a tongue tab, heel tab, a triangular eyestay for the straps and Reebok branding on the lateral-side strap complete the pair.
Reebok will be offering the Furylite sandal in three colorways, “Black/White/Blaze Berry,” “White/Primal Red/Crushed Cobalt” and “Skull Gray/White/Pixel Pink.” Take a look at all three pairs in the gallery above, and purchase a pair for yourself on Reebok Japan’s website for approximately $71 USD on May 29.
