Basic Education High School classes to be opened in July

Basic Education High School classes will be opened on July 21 according to a director from the Basic Education Department.

The academic year of Myanmar school normally starts on June 1 but for this year, due to COVID-19, it has changed to July. When opening schools, priority will be given to high school students and middle and primary classes will be opened later after weaknesses and requirements when faced in high schools are repaired.

Social distancing will be primarily carried out in classrooms and 6 feet must be apart from each student. Only 20 students per class-room have been arranged.
