Rylan Clark-Neal thinks celebs should 'be honest' about cosmetic surgery

Rylan Clark-Neal thinks people should be up front about getting cosmetic surgery.

The presenter confessed he would consider going under the knife if he was ever unhappy about how he looked.

Rylan frequently pokes fun at his own Hollywood white smile after getting veneers back in 2013.

In an interview with The Guardian, Rylan said that people in the public eye shouldn’t put their perma-youthful looks down to ‘moisturiser’ when they had in fact had a procedure.

He said: ‘When you’re in the public eye I think you should be honest about what [cosmetic work] you’ve had done.

‘I’ll never be happy with the way that I look but if I’m in a position to change it, why shouldn’t I?

‘I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that, as long as you’re doing it safely – not all this “backstreet Botox”. But stop lying and saying: “Oh, it’s just my moisturiser”. Bs! We all know you’ve had two facelifts.’

The Ready Steady Cook star has previously said that getting veneers was ‘the best and worst decision of my life’.

He told the Daily Star: ‘For the first three months of Big Brother, I was a terrible TV presenter, but everyone was just talking about my teeth.

‘By the time they’d stopped talking about my teeth, I was good at my job. Literally, I learnt on the job!’
