Wolverhampton Wanderers transfer news - Reports from Spain claim the Liverpool boss has been in contact with Adama Traore
by Alex Dicken, https://www.facebook.com/alexdickenjournalist/?fref=tsLiverpool are reportedly negotiating a deal to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore.
The Wolves flier, 24, has enjoyed a superb season at Molineux with six goals and 12 assists in 43 matches representing the best return of his career.
Clubs across the continent are tracking Traore with Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich all reported to be interested.
However, according to TodoFichajes, Jurgen Klopp is determined to take Traore to Liverpool. They claim Klopp ‘has recommended the incorporation of the player and has personally telephoned’ Traore.
Traore joined Wolves from Middlesbrough for £18million two years ago and the club stands to make a huge transfer profit, though it’s understood they aren’t looking to sell him.
Traore is one of several of Nuno Espirito Santo’s stars who are being linked with moves away from the club.
Speculation persists around the futures of Ruben Neves and Diogo Jota, but it’s Traore and star striker Raul Jimenez who are attracting the most attention.
TodoFichajes also reports that talks between Liverpool and Wolves over a deal to take Traore to Anfield are 'advanced'.
