Hamster has revealed that it is bringing Nichibutsu's Crazy Climber 2 to the Switch as part of its ongoing Arcade Archives series.

Released in 1988, Crazy Climber 2 builds on the foundations laid down by the 1980 original (which is also available as part of the Arcade Archives series, it should be noted). Using two sticks – one for each arm – you must ascend a series of structures while avoiding hazards such as falling items. Crazy Climber 2 was never released outside of Japan.

The game will launch this week globally and will cost 6.99 € / £6.29 / $7.99 / 838 Yen.
