After countless obstacles on his way, he shone bright with his hard work, defying poverty and similar problems in Rohtas, Bihar.

Unlike other students, Himanshu had gone a mile extra as he was also helping his father, Subhash Singh, sell vegetables in the market along with studies. It would definitely not have been easy for him to top the Bihar Board exam. However, he still used to study for over 14 hours a day.

"After selling vegetable with my father, I used to study with sheer focus and concentration, which probably is the reason I have topped," Himanshu Raj, Class 10 Bihar Board topper, said.

Father-son power support

Himanshu's farmer father used to help him in his studies. It is quite exemplary that both father and son are helping each other attain their dreams. Also, Himanshu used to take regular coaching classes.
