3 nabbed, P340K shabu seized in Laguna drug busts

THE operatives of Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of Calamba City police nabbed three drug personalities and  confiscation P340 thousand worth of illegal drugs in two separate buy bust operations in Bgy. Lingga, Calamba City, Laguna, on Tuesday evening.

Police Lt.Col. Gene Licud, Calamba police chief, identified the arrested suspects as Emilio Marfa, Ferdinand Aranda and Julius Patanao, all residents of Bgy.Lingga, in Calamba.

DEU/ Calamba police and PDEA Laguna operatives led by PCapt. Laurence Aboac conducted buy bust that led to the arrest of suspects Marfa and  Aranda who sold heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu.

Police also recovered  one  large. four medium  and three plastic sachets of shabu.

Patanao was also arrested for having in his possession and control  a piece of HSTPS containing suspected shabu.

The recovered illegal drugs weighing  more or less  38 grams have an estimated street value amounting to P 258, 400.
