Barcelona 'ready to sell 6 players' to raise money for summer transfers

Barcelona are planning to offload six players in an effort to raise funds for summer arrivals.

Lautaro Martinez and Miralem Pjanic have both been linked with moves to the Nou Camp this summer.

The former has supposedly been contacted by Lionel Messi and is thought to be keen on the switch.

But the Catalans will need to raise funds if they are to finance any deals.

Arturo Vidal could be on his way out of Spain with Antonio Conte and Inter Milan interested.

However they do not want any deal for the Chilean to contribute to a potential package for Martinez, claims Mundo Deportivo.

Barcelona believe they can get around £13m for the man whom they signed from Bayern Munich in 2018.

Nelson Semedo is another player who Barcelona are willing to offload.

The full-back was reportedly of interest to Juventus and was included in a deal for Pjanic, but Inter themselves are also keen.

20-year-old Jean-Clair Todibo is currently out on loan in Germany with Schalke.

The Bundesliga outfit have an option to purchase the defender but Barcelona have inserted a £22.2m price tag - a fee Schalke are unwilling to pay.

Another player out on loan who is free to leave is Rafinha.

The Brazilian has spent the season at La Liga side Celta Vigo and can make the move permanent for just over £14m.

Junior Firpo, who has made 16 appearances this term, could yet leave the Nou Camp as well.

He was only signed from Real Betis in the summer but Barcelona are prepared to let him go and hope to receive over £25m.

Senegalese defender Moussa Wague, who is currently on loan at Nice, could yet make his French move permanent.

There is also Premier League interest and Barcelona hope to secure up to £13m for the 21-year-old.
