Earlier there were rumours of a snake being spotted in the hospital premises around the same. Hospital officials rubbished those rumours and said that it was just a monkey…because apparently while the presence of snakes in the hospital is not okay, monkeys are welcome!

The monkey caused a delay in the elective surgeries as zoological officers had to arrive to capture the animal. The hospital premises has been sanitised.
