Woman, daughter electrocuted - The Nation Nigeria

A woman and her daughter have been electrocuted in their shop in Nnewi, Anambra State, The Nation gathered.
The incident occurred when a high tension powerline snapped and fell on their shop built directly under the electric cables.

Enugu Electrical Distribution Company (EEDC), which supplies power to the community, has commiserated with the family of the deceased.
The power company warned residents not to build any structures under powerlines.
